Can't focus: Poor focus and attention can be caused by lots of different things. Stress, distractions, medication, alcohol, lack of sleep, lack of exercise, anemia, depression, anxiety, sleep apnea, .. The list is endless. If there has been a change in ability to focus that lasts more than temporarily start with an updated physical and consult with your doctor to review history, etc and go from there.
