Probably not: The liver is located under the right side of your rib cage. Usually this doesn't cause pain, however sometimes inflammation of the liver causing the capsule to stretch in certain cases has been associated with pain. Without knowing the details, i would recommend visiting your pcp or a gastroenterologist for a workup with labs/imaging as it could be due to your gallbladder as well (i.e. Gallstones).
