Only with doc OK: Any medication you take during pregnancy should be cleared by your ob, especially soemthing like a "water pill" which could affect the fluid and chemical balances in your body. If there is a reason you need to take the med, such as your legs are swelliing up, your OB needs to know about this because it could be very early signs of pre-eclampsia or blood pressure problems.
