At what stage of arthritis can i qualify for disability?

Depends: Disability laws vary from state to state, but in general a person is disabled when they can not longer go to work. Depending on your local laws, this usually means any work not just the job you were trained / schooled for. Persons filing for disability usually have to undergo a separate medical exam in order to determine this.
