What is the best way to clean a tragus piercing when you can't remove the hoop earring itself?

Antiseptic: Cleanse with peroxide diluted 1:1 with water, followed by isopropyl alcohol, then Bacitracin antibiotic ointment 3 x daily. Important especially after showering. Tragal cartilage infections can be a problem so best to avoid with meticulous care.
