See someone!: Rashes are hard to diagnosis over the phone or with only a simple description. In this case you have not given any description :-). Rashes are often easily diagnosed quickly by experienced doctors just by looking at them and there are many excellent treatments for most rashes. So to sum up: see your doctor!
