Depends on what : You mean by inflammation. How do you know you have inflammation. Was there an imaging study that suggested this? There would need to be more detail to hash this out. I would ask your gynecologic surgeon about this but it is unlikely that any "inflammation" there is due to laparoscopy 2 months ago.
