Copd would not cause: COPD treatment involves using medication to treat breathing problems i.e. Bronchitis/emphysema. Steroids are sometimes used but this would not cause your problem. I would advise that you obtain blood work: CBC and cmp along with a ct scan of thorax, abdomen and pelvis the next time. Your comment is vague. What other symptoms / signs you may have would be helpful. Good luck!
