Go to the E.R.: Go to the emergency room and get evaluated by a physician to be ruled out for coronary artery disease.You have multiple risk factors for cad. Don't delay !

Doctor: Ou should seek medical attention. COPD tends to be a painless disease unless there is infection in the lungs. With angina in your history you need to make sure it is not your heart.
