Day post late period: If your periods are regular, you can pregnancy home test within a day after your period is late. If your cycle is irregular or uncertain, test yourself 21 days from time of probable last unprotected sex. A first morning specimen when you arise in the morning is best but not required. If the test is negative, wait three days and retest or go in to your provider and get checked.
