For sure: In any way imaginable, use when not needed, using to high a dose, using too long a course, using too broad a spectrum of therapy.

Yes: Antibiotics have many effects on the normal bacterial flora of the body. They also have many potential side effects and toxicities. They should only be taken in the lowest dose and for the shortest time needed to treat an infection. Any use above and beyond this would be over use.
