A member asked:

Is there a gastriologist that can write a report just from looking at his files?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably: This depends upon the need for the report (who will be reading it?) and the recency of the examination by the GI doctor. All doctors keep (should keep) sufficient information in their records to send a report to another doctor or an authorized agency requiring the information. You of course have legal control over who gets the report.
