Insect bites: Bed bug bites will be multiple and all over your body whereas a spider bite is usually a single bite with a much larger initial puncture site and significant redness and swelling above and beyond a bed bug bite.

Bed bug bites may : Cause no sx's/signs in some except for 2 small points where skin was punctured by bedbug. When there's a reaction, it may show from an hour to several days after bite.
