Not sure if i have a spider bite or a boil and i'm not sure how to tell the difference i just know it hurts?

Can't always: Sometimes you can't. A bug/spider bite can turn into a boil. A boil is a type of skin infection so any type of infection can cause it. Have it looked at by a local doctor to see a) if they need to lance it (DO NOT do it yourself) and b) if you need antibiotics.
