See your physician.: There are many ways to deal with the bother caused by genital warts. However, if the warts are close to the opening of the urethra (or urethral meatus) i would be very careful to seek remedies only under the direct supervision of a doctor. Any damage or scarring of the meatus could lead to permanent narrowing of the opening and urinary difficulty.
