Pelvic nerves: There are many nerves that reside in the pelvic area that could be affected with ovarian disease or surgery. Would recommend seeing your surgeon to discuss as further imaging may be needed.

Yes/No: The poor digestion and back pain may be associated with your recent ovarian surgery, however the sciatica is not. Likely the sciatica is due to something happening in your back suggesting that you may have something going on in your low back as well.
