Very painful continuous r+ side headache. what can it be?

Possible migraine: Focal headaches lasting several days may be migraines, but consider focal dental problems such as tmj, also, giant cell arteritis, occipital neuralgia, focal neck or thoracic outlet issues, etc. Need to see a neurologist who deals with headaches.
