Migraine??: The hallmarks of migraine headache are one sided pain, pulsating pain, and correlation with menses. If you have all of these, the diagnosis is probably migraine headache. Do you have an "aura" or any neurological symptoms such as numbness or weakness? Does Aspirin or Tylenol (acetaminophen) help? If a headache persists more than a few days, a visit to your physician is definitely in order.
