Will i regain function in my lower leg post laminectomy?

That is dependent on: The reason for the functional loss? Was it present pre operatively? Did happen after you woke up from anesthesia post operatively or develop later in the post op course? Were there is any complications associated with the surgery? The question is too broad to really give an appropriate answer without more detail.
