Other symptoms?: Any discoloration or swelling? Pain all the time or just during voiding ? Able to find a position of comfort?If things look normal & symptoms are transient you can probably wait. Some kids in this age group will develop a narrowing at the end of their pee hole that interferes with emptying & causes pain. This could be assessed by your regular doc.
