Stay healthy: The best way to grow hair naturally is to stay healthy: regular exercises and eating a well-balanced diet to provide your body with the necessary nutrients for it support growth and repair. If u recently had a baby or went off the pills, hair loss can occur, but will get them back. Stimulate/massage your scalp regularly to keep a good blood supply. There isn't much else you can do. Good luc.

A 24-year-old member asked:

Will my hair grow back after radiation treatment to the head?

Yes.: Hair loss will start about 2 weeks into radiation treatment. It occurs because the treatment damages the hair follicles. Hair grow will usually begin again a few months after the end of treatment. The hair texture, color and thickness may not be the same. With very high doses of radiation there might not be any regrowth. Ask the radiation oncologist what to expect.

Wait two weeks: Your description is limited but your concern tells the story. If this has not disappeared or is not obviously healing up after two weeks (which may be already), a physician should look at it on the possibility that it is a tumor that needs to come off.

Hair loss.: Hair loss at the temples in females can be due to several things--most common can be stress or tension on the terminal hair. Make sure you are not using extensions or braids in these areas which could be the cause. If left untreated, it can lead to scarring. You should see a dermatologist!

Mites: They are more commont than you think. Spread from person to person. Live in hair follicles, eyelash eyebrow and nostrils . If problematic see ophthalmologist for tea tree oil and Pilocarpine . Together I have had very good success.
