Go to the OB!: What you are describing sounds like a condition called pre-eclampsia and is emergent! the first stop should be the ob's office! we can chat about stressors and dietary changes after she is stable.

Go to OB : She needs a low sodium diet and medications for blood pressure that don't affect the baby. Take her soon to the dr.
