First why elevated?: B"sd DHEAS is the highest concentration steroid hormone. From it is formed all the steroids, including estrogen and progesterone. It can also be associated with elevated male hormones like testosterone that can interfere with cycles and ovulation. It also may affect pregnancy outcomes, especially with girl baby. Elevated DHEAS can come from the adrenal glands, ovaries or both. Glad to discuss
