Need more specifics: Rashes are very hard to diagnosis online or over the phone without a much more specific explanation. It is always worth going in to see a doctor to determine what the rash is - many rashes can be diagnosed on sight by experience eyes and easily fixed. For better answers in the future describe more of the rash, color, location, pain level, shape, etc.
