Tears & cold compres: Artificial tears 4x/day and cold compresses 2x/day for about 10 minutes. If not better after 10 days or worsening go see an ophthalmologist immediately for an evaluation.

None will cure: If you have a bacterial infection of the conjunctiva, antibiotics are needed to get rid of the infection. The ocular surface is a moist, warm environment that bacteria thrive in. You will need medical intervention.
