See a doc: Could be obstruction to swallowing, i.e. Esophageal problem, salivary gland issue, other. Needs to get a good evaluation from ent, and/or GI doc, including a swallowing study.

Acid reflux: It' possible that saliva contains a large amount of acid from stomach or from juices you drink causing burning.Check with a gastroenterologist
