Thyroid issue?: I can't explain pain during & cramping after sex. But "no period, fatigue, weight gain, brittle hair, depression" makes me think of thyroid condition, most likely hypothyroidism or an underactive thyroid. Go see your family doc & tell him/her what you've noted above. You should get blood test for tsh.
