Response similar: This is why many self-defense gurus tell you to get angry (but not lose control)--it focuses the anxiety/fear from adrenaline surge into something you can use to advantage. Both are adrenaline driven, more just a matter of body's interpretation of signals--to fight / flight / freeze.
