Heat induced urticaria appears likely on your description and among other conditions. If worsening and no longer self limited seeing your doc would be best, have pictures with skin lesions with you at the visit.

This is a difficult question to answer without additional information. There are several skin conditions that may be exacerbated by sweating and heat. This can be something as simple as cholinergic urticaria which causes red, raised, itchy areas that come up with heat, emotional feelings, or exercise, but there are many other possibilities & pictures and additional detailed history is needed.
