Maybe: Trazadone is a good choice for sleep because it helps with sleep without harming your circadian rhythm. No weight gain is a big plus. However, any medicine that may effect serotonin levels may effect erections (although rare).

Priapism: The most common side effect with trazodone is priapism (an erection that will not go away). This is a fairly rare event (about 1 in every 6,000 men using this drug). If this occurs, seek medical care right away. Otherwise, the incidence of sexual side effects is relatively rare. If you're experiencing difficulties, be sure to discuss this with your doctor. Sexual dysfunction is treatable.
