Intercostal Neuralgi: Various possible causes. One of them is intercostal neuralgia. This could occur from irritation of the intercostal nerves that runs underneath each of your ribs. If your belt pushes against them, it may irritate them and cause these symptoms. Also other causes could include pleurisy, if you recently got over a cold. Costochondritis, etc. Go see you pcp to examine you, most treatment are simple
