See GI doctor: Gaining weight after whipple procedure can be hard to do. I assume you are still having diarrhea associated with eating. If so, increasing the amount of pancreas enzyme replacement may help. Your weight also maybe related to the initial reason why you had the operation as well. Please see your doctor who started you on the creon.

Increase: You need to take Creon 24, 000 units, 3 pills with each meal and one pill with each snack.
