About 2 hours after i got to work i felt very dizzy, unstable and couldn't walk. i was breathing very fast . it was out of nowhere. what could it be?

Depends on cause: There are several, possible explanations. It could be hypoglycemia, anxiety with hyperventilation, vertigo, cardiac dysrhythmia, syncope, vasovagal event, etc. Without more detail i can't give you more specific information.
