Many kinds of dizzy: First and foremost, get checked for the cause of your dizziness. Meanwhile: drink lots, 8 glasses water per day. Record amount of blood loss, pads per day. Reduce or eliminate caffeine and energy drinks. Sleep hygiene, esp. 8 hours sleep every night. Try over the counter Meclizine or dimenhydrinate. Don't drive dizzy, take care of yourself!
