How do i know if definately shingles feel tired chills and small patch of blisters on right abdomen!? but could it be anything else?

Maybe.: Small patch of blisters on abdomen is very suspicious for shingles, but could be a contact dermatitis as well. The other symptoms could be anything, but could also be related to the shingles. Shingles usually spreads over the first few days to involve a band across your abdomen which usually stops somewhere around the midline.
