No.: Herpes is a sexually transmitted disease. No sexual contact means no herpes. Herpes is a painful blistery rash. Sounds like you have a bump which is something else. Maybe a cyst.

Don't worry: You have to have sexual contact with an infected person to get herpes or any sexually transmitted infection. You may have an inflamed hair follicle or some other benign process. See a doctor if it doesn't go away in 10 days or so.
