Yes: Not the typical type, that is the aggressive pancreatic adenocarcinoma (although anything can happen). But they can get a type of lymphoma of the pancreas, as well as some other neuroendocrine tumors.

Rarely: It would be very unusual for a teenager to develop pancreatic cancer which is primarily a disease (like most cancers) of the elderly and to a lesser degree the middle age group. Insulinoma a benign (not cancer) tumor can occur in the young including teenagers and this would be characteristically associated with episodes of hypoglycemia.
