Unclear?: Beclomethasone is currently not available in an oral or injectable form as an anti-inflammatory cortisone in the US? Only for lung problems like asthma / COPD and allergic rhinitis. But I assume that you mean cortisones like prednisone, methylprednisolone. The only non steroidal anti-inflammatory treatments available OTC are aspirin, Advil and Aleve which you could try with Tylenol (acetaminophen) for back pain.

Accupuncture: You can try non steroidal medications like advil (ibuprofen). Accupuncture can help over time with a few sessions. Icy hot cream and patches can help. But if they dont, or symptoms dont get better, i would see your physician for other alternatives. Physical therapy is an option.
