Talk to Pediatrician: Get professional input. Nightlight helps some, worsens others. Reading positive/happy stories until asleep can help. Monitor & limit tv with negative / adult themes, as often "replay" in kids with limited ability to understand (=bad dreams). Screen for bullying or abusive contact. Talk to pediatrician--sleep is essential.
