Mostly clinical exam: There is no blood test that can diagnose arthritis-osteo or ra.Pos rheumatoid factor is not specific and does not make diagnosis.Anti-ccp test is more specific for ra.Must have joint findings on exam or active synovitis on MRI that must be done with IV contrast to detect RA or jia/jra.In any case, you should be evaluated by a board certified rheumatologist (adult) or pediatric rheumatologist(kids).
