EFFECTIVE BUT: Yes it is effective to prevent Herpes Zoster even for Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients as long as they are not immunosuppressed If immunosuppressed due to therapy than you can not give this vaccine as there is risk of disseminated Herpes Zoster.It is contraindicated
