Headache: If you are asking if the pain can be from migrains, the answer is yes. It can also be tension headache.

More info please: Unfortunately there is not enough information here to provide an answer. Neck pain in and of itself is not a migraine, but could lead to one. With more information and a specific question i could give you a better answer. Sorry.
