A member asked:

Can a concussion cause insomnia 15 hours after occurrence?

Could be: If one has sustained a true concussion, which does indeed result in loss of consciousness, loss of memory or a combination of both, there certainly can be a post-concussional syndrome, which not only can result in sleep dysfunction, but an additional syndrome causing problems for roughly 6 weeks. Most of this can be controlled.
