See your doctor: Panic is severe anxiety without cause. Many people who have panic attacks are anxious that something else is wrong (like having a heart attack), and many patients first learn they are having panic attacks because they went to the er out of fear that something dire was happening to them. Given your young age, i suspect you are simply having panic attacks. They are treatable. Please see your doctor.
