Good question: There is probably a subtly increased risk of seizure due to your Adderall use, and hopefully your Keppra (levetiracetam) dose is sufficient to control it. Talk to your neurologist, but my inclination is to recommend you take the xr version because the short kind will cause higher peak concentrations of adderall, and more variation in drug levels, and that seems more destabilizing from a seizure standpoint.
