A member asked:

Im 6 weeks pregnant and having lots of mucus mostly clear and white no bad smell. one big chunk came out. do i need to be worried?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not at this time: Most pregnancies at 6 weeks are pretty much on auto pilot. In the absence of bleeding and/or significant cramping one should be reassured. Some mucous discharge can increase with pregnancy. The "clump" is likely the collection of mucous in the vagina that is passed all at once.
