Fissures hurt.: Anal fissures hurt really bad. They burn and take time to heal. Use the Nifedipine as directed by your doctor. They use it to relax the sphincter which when too tight causes skin breakdown.

How long does a typical internal hemorrhoid bleed for? It is only during bowel movements and it is not prolapsed.
Anal ring is red at the top with dull pain. No blood in stool. No drainage or leaking. Just found this today. Sitting down is painful. No prolapse either so I didnt think it was a hemorrhoid. Helpppp please?
