Is it ok if my baby likes to hold her head to one side sometimes?

Sometimes: Having a preference to hold the head one way is not a problem. What you need to make sure is that she can move her head easily and freely both directions. If they lay too much with the head turned one way they may develop flattening of one side of the head.
