Get it checked: If you suspect that you may have an std then, by all means, you need to get checked out! back pain is not a common symptom of most STDs but if anyone ever thinks they have been exposed then std testing is a good idea.

Its not possible: Unfortunately there is no way to be sure you have an std unless you get checked. Many clinics offer anonymous testing and results are always confidential. Back pain associated with an std could be a serious sign of infection and deserves attention from a health care provider. Some std's may cause problems for years if unchecked. Find a doctor with whom you can discuss high risk sexual activity.
