Still possible: I would make sure with a preg test and also ask doctor to make sure you don't have urine infection. Needs to be looked at right away.

Could be : If you have a reason than you could be pregnant, when was your last menstrual period ? But it is not uncommon to have the above symptoms during regular period. Use a over the counter pregnancy test if you missed your period or this is delayed period.
